The following commands are available:

add helper     - Installs a helper DLL.

Installs a helper DLL.

»netsh »add »helper


C:\Windows>netsh add helper ?

Usage:  add helper <DllFileName>

Remarks: 
       Installs the specified helper DLL in netsh.

Example: 
       add helper ipmontr.dll

       The above command installs ipmontr.dll in netsh.
