/SERVER:서버이름 연결할 서버(기본값은 현재 서버).
/TIME:초 상대방이 메시지를 인식할 때까지 기다릴 시간.
/V 수행할 동작에 대한 정보를 표시합니다.
/W 사용자로부터의 응답을 기다립니다, /V와 사용하면 좋습니다.
