Usage: set scope [grpaddr=][grpmask=][scopename=]
Parameters:
Tag Value
grpaddr - The multicast scope or group IP address
grpmask - The subnet mask for the multicast scope address
scopename - The name of the multicast scope to be set
Remarks: Sets the name of a multicast scope.
