Parametri:

interface - Nome o indice dell'interfaccia.
address - Indirizzo del router adiacente.
neighbor - Indirizzo del livello di collegamento del
router adiacente
store - Uno dei valori seguenti:
active: l'indirizzo non verrà utilizzato
all'avvio successivo.
persistent: l'indirizzo è permanente.
Impostazione predefinita.
